The Hosti Homes Owner Portal (“the Portal”) is operated by Hosti Homes Property Management Company (“Hosti,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information the Portal handles and how we protect it. It applies only to the Portal, not to any other Hosti service.

Information we hold

Your account details — your name, email address, phone number, and company name, which you or a Hosti administrator provide.
Your property performance data — bookings, revenue, payouts, occupancy, taxes, fees, and related figures for the properties assigned to you. This is synced from our booking system.
Market data — area pricing and occupancy benchmarks for your properties, provided by our market-data partner.
Messages — any messages you send through the in-portal chat.

How we use it

We use this information solely to operate the Portal for you: to show you the performance and payouts for your own properties, to generate your statements and invoices, to respond to your messages, and to keep your account secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

What you can only see

Each investor can see only their own properties and figures. This is enforced at the database level, not merely hidden in the interface, so one investor’s data is never accessible to another.

Service providers

The Portal runs on trusted third-party infrastructure and service providers that process data on our behalf, each under their own security and privacy commitments. We share your information with them only as needed to operate the Portal, and with no one else, except where required by law.

Security

Access to the Portal requires signing in. Your password is stored only in an encrypted form that we cannot read, and you set it yourself. Data is protected in transit and at rest by our hosting providers, and per-investor access is enforced by database-level security rules.

Data retention

We keep your account and property data for as long as you have an active relationship with Hosti, and as long afterward as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may ask us to close your Portal access at any time.

Your choices

You can review and update your name, phone, and company from the Settings page, and change your password there. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us using the details below.
